Our FOX FPS-400 LPAis the fully automatic version of the FOX FPS-400 stretch wrapper. The clamp, cut and wipe system is what makes this stretch wrapping machine automatic, eliminating the need for an operator.
The pneumatically operated jaws clamp the end of the Machine Stretch Wrap after the wrap cycle, the heat wire cuts the film tail from the load and the rotating arm wipes the film tail to the load the keep it from unwinding.
You can pre-program the wrap cycle information and run the load with a single touch. The turn table is supported by 32 rollers that can each handle 250 pounds, allowing the FPS-400 LPA to handle a load up to 5000 Pounds.
This Automatic Stretch Wrapper can also be moved easily with a fork lift from specially designed rear facing fork lift channels.
